HITFIL(Heavy ion therapy for cancer-specific) devices, small cyclotron is the key equipment. For their movement characteristics, the development of self-learning fuzzy PID control algorithm and the synchronization control strategy. Simple structure, high control precision, stable performance. Specific contents are as follows:(1) According to the conditions required to build a hydraulic drive system using Solidworks software to build three-dimensional solid model and static analysis, followed by the use of motion simulation software Adams main magnet, draw the boundary conditions of mechanical systems based on simulation studies of both. Combined with the actual working conditions using simulation software Adams work equipment movement, the establishment of the main magnet of movement and dynamic models;(2) According to the motion characteristics of the model and the hydraulic system, select the master-slave active two-cylinder two-cylinder servo control strategy design of hydraulic lifting, calculate the parameters of the hydraulic components and selection, establish mathematical model Servo Control System, a fuzzy self-learning PID control algorithm used hydraulic integration AMESim co-simulation software for hydraulic integration co-simulation analysis of static and dynamic properties of the system, to optimize the synchronization control strategy;(3) SIEMENS PLC, Aots proportional servo valve control system as the core to build,compile the PLC program and commissioning, testing dynamic characteristics, combined with the simulation results to further optimize the control algorithm, the system synchronization accuracy and dynamic characteristics optimal.The results showed that: no guide posts constructed two-cylinder two-cylinder Active hydraulic lifting system with dynamic stability performance of independent development of self-learning fuzzy PID control algorithm and control strategy, can give full play to thetechnical characteristics of the system, synchronization accuracy, stability and robustness is excellent, fully meet the special requirements of the main magnet movement, laid the foundation for the normal maintenance of the small roundabout.
