Memristor is a nonlinear passive two-port device with memory function, the fourth basic circuit component following resistance, capacitance and inductance. In this paper, we studied the memristor circuit Chaotic phenomena and it’s synchronization.We replaced the Chua’s dual circuit with the memristor to make a Chua’s dual oscillation circuit based on the memristor. And we proved that this circuit has rich chaotic dynamics behaviors by the methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation analysis. We can achieve the conversion of phase trajectory from periodic, chaotic and contraction to fixed-point by taking different initial values as the parameter of memristor.The generalized memory element, which includes memristor, memcapacitor and meminductor, is more extensive. In the paper, a generalized memory element model is proposed. And its characteristics of memory element are proved by numerical simulation analysis and the design and implementation of cicuit. A generalized memory element chaotic circuit that contains only one nonlinear term is designed with the generalized memory element. The chaotic existence and complex dynamic behaviors of the circuit are proved by theoretical analysis, numerical analysis and the method of circuit design.The synchronization control of the generalized memory element chaotic circuit is realized by one-way coupling synchronization method and projective synchronization method. The numerical simulation result showed it can realize the synchronization goal in a short time. A one-way coupling synchronization implement circuit is also designed. Its operation result and numerical analysis simulation result is accordant.At the end of this paper, the chaotic synchronization technology is applied to secure communication. A secure communication scheme is designed.It’s based on the chaotic circuit synchronization technology of the generalized memory device. The numerical simulation results showed that the scheme was feasible.
