It is an inevitable trend to own private cars in more and more families in China. Meanwhile, the parking problem in large cities has gradually become a difficult problem with urgent need to be addressed. The biggest advantage of Tower-type garage is that it can save space with maximum use. So building Tower-type garage is an effective method to ease the difficult parking problem. Therefore, it has great significance to research how to reduce the design and manufacture cost of Tower-type garage. Also it is very important to further enhance the automation degree of Tower-type garage control system.The paper firstly explains the Tower-type garage overall program design, and chooses single-chip microcomputer as the controller of the Tower-type garage control system. Then, the paper has researched the Electric drive system, including lifting mechanism, access mechanism and door motor. The Electric drive system is a necessary part of the Tower-type garage control system.The paper has completed the Tower-type garage control system, including the hardware system and the software system. The Tower-type garage control system uses 80c552 single-chip microcomputer produced by PHILIPS as the hardware core. The paper explains the overall design of the hardware system. Moreover, each functional module of the hardware system has been introduced in detail. For the software system design, the paper mainly explains the monitor routine of the Tower-type garage control system using C language as the programming language. What's more, each main software function module subroutine has been introduced as well. The storing and retrieving car control strategy has also been optimized in this paper. The author mainly studies three types of work modes:storing car priority, retrieving car priority and situ standby. By means of work time and energy consumption simulation for each work mode, the paper has obtained the optimum storing and retrieving car control strategy. Therefore, the efficiency and energy consumption optimization of the Tower-type garage for storing and retrieving car has realized.In the last part of the paper, the author has designed the hardware and software anti-interference measures of the control system, as well as security measures for the Tower-type garage. Therefore, the security and reliability of the Tower-type garage system have been enhanced. |
