Ship Incinerator is one of the ship's major anti-pollution equipment. With the global economic development and the increase in number of ships, waste of ship pollute the marine environment more serious every day, waste incineration technology takes good effect in ship pollution prevention and quality of operating, so it become a mature handling of way is widely used on ocean-going ships.As the existing ship incinerator have been unable to meet the relevant provisions of the resolution MEPEC.107, If we continue to use of the original ship incinerator device, will cause harm to the marine environment. Therefore, aim to the new designed ship incinerator, this article take study on three-dimensional numerical simulation of this incinerator,, on one hand, prove the reasonable of design, on the other hand make recommendations for improvement, and propose the corresponding control strategies.First, make analysis of the Incinerator optimization method to determine the three-dimensional numerical simulation as a research tool, on the base of basic principles of numerical simulation, heat load, volume of Incinerator is calculated, and also thermal dynamic properties, air quantity, gas volume of Incinerator are analyzed. As well as air-cooled furnace wall heat transfer and wall heat transfer is analyzed. These work provides a numerical basis for later numerical simulation. Secondly, do analysis on the factors affecting the burning effect for judgment of numerical simulation results.In three-dimensional numerical simulation, first, use the software sd / tetra to do the cold flow simulation, according to the factors that affect the burning effects of proposed recommendations for improvement; then using the fluent software to do burning and heat transfer simulation, verify the improved design is reasonable.At last, with the principle of pollution emissions, do analysis on the corresponding control objectives and tactics, put forward the corresponding control flowchart of the burning furnace to reduce polluting gas emissions.
