Rotating machinery is widely used in industrial production. Asymmetric mass distribution of an unbalance rotor will incite periodical centrifugal force while rotating and that will bring about vibration, noise, and more critically impair the reliability and average life period of the machinery. Balancing machine is the key equipment for unbalance correction. To improve the unbalance correction accuracy and balancing efficiency of the dynamic balancing machine is an everlasting topic.The main research work and achievements of this thesis include the design and implementation of the signal conditioning circuit, Man-Machine Interface and digital signal processing.The rotation speed compensation circuit, programmable gain amplification circuit, and the phase-locked & frequency-multiplying synchronous trigger circuits are designed to realize wide measurement range and high accuracy.After a thoroughful analysis of the user requirements of the balancing machine, the customer friendly Man-Machine Interface based on GTK + graphical user interface tools is developed with embedded system.According to the characteristics of the signal collected for the signal conditioning circuit, the related digital signal processing algorithms are investigated and implemented ?Finally, the test system is constructed. The results of experiments validate the rationality and effectiveness of the approaching.
