In the 21st century, batteries for the energy has been considered as one of the most green. But now a series of lead-acid battery with power charger and the accompanying development can not meet their transport requirements, there are still many to be improved in theory and research. Judging from the current development, battery charging method commonly mainconstant two models, one is the voltage charge and the other is constant current. There are still large deficiencies in the two charging methods in practical applications. Because these charging current does not effectively made in full compliance with the acceptable Mas charge current curve. So these finally led to the charging method of charging is not completely, and c In harging time efficiency is relatively low. There are even still exist gassing off phenomena such as charging and making the process of charging a long time, low efficiency, vulnerable. Finally if you want to solve the above problem, we muse do both improve the energy utilization efficiency, and speed up the charging rate without affecting the life of lead-acid batteries. We have made to the valve-regulated lead-acid battery rapid charging technology research, has a practical significance.This paper mainly research the Valve-regulated lead-acid battery rapid charging technology. With Maas Law and on the basis of fully understand the mechanism of valve-regulated lead-acid battery electrochemical, we has researched of intermittent pulses of positive and negative polarization of fast-charging technology. We set some parameters, such as the pulse charge current, the pulse charge voltage, the pulse charging time, and positive or negative pulse amplitude. We want to carry out a comparative analysis of these data to verify a pulse rapid charging technology feasibility of the method.In this study, MCU-controlled battery charger can effectively control not only the charge current, improve charge acceptance rate, reduce the charging time, save energy, but also by the microcontroller to determine state of charge and give appropriate treatment, with real-time, intelligence, saves manpower, improves security, reliability. In such charger, the microcontroller in a strong electric circuits, poor working conditions, so the anti-jamming capability SCM has put forward higher requirements.
