Research On Analysis And Suggestions Of Construction Safety Incidents

The safety management of construction project is a system science, safety accidents must be studied from a comprehensive view and all factors related to it should be systematically analyzed, in order to find its root causes. As an important content of project management in the process of engineering construction, safety management plays a very important role in the development of the entire construction industry. At present, management level of production safety is not high in China construction industry, and safety accidents occurring frequently, which not only causes enormous losses, but also influences the enthusiasm of high-quality talent to join in construction industry.Based on the comprehensive analysis of safety situation in production of the construction enterprises in Tianjin, the characteristics of construction enterprises and casualties in construction, the evaluation method of safety management system is established by using accident reason theory, preliminary hazard analysis, MES risk assessment methods and fault tree analysis. In the light of construction enterprises internal control, connecting with the long experience in safety management, some conclusion about how to make a good job of management in safety production was summed up. Firstly, the cause and characteristic should be systematically analyzed. Secondly, in the view of the current situation and existing problems of the safety of construction project in Tianjin, some measures were put forward, involving strengthening and implementing the responsibilities of all participant parts, improving government supervision and so on. Thirdly, the construction safety management system should be established and improved, focusing on establishing precautionary measures system of high fall, object strikes, electric shock, equipment damage and the collapse, to concentrate on crucial construction accidents.
