An Exploration Of Analysis And Countermeasures Of Construction Safety Management

Safety is the most basic requirement of human survival and development, and the basic guarantee of life and health. Safety in production is the basic condition to protect workers'safety and health and make sure the national economy can develop. Construction sites are filled with a large number of potential safety problems, and all sorts of destabilizing factors may lead to accidents at any time, seriously threatening the lives and safety of construction workers. China has promulgated a series of laws and regulations on construction safety and management, and carried out a system about management of occupational health and safety. But due to many practical problems, safety in production is still serious. This paper analyzes the safety management on construction sites, in order to help enterprises understand the level of their safety management, be clear about the direction for future improvement, and provide scientific methods and means to enhance the level of their safety management.First, this paper introduces theories of safety management and causes of accidents. Then based on the comparison, analysis, and exploration of Chinese and foreign countries'safety accident situation and safety management, it analyzes the reasons of safety accidents of China's current construction corporations. From such aspects as safety management, safety investment, safety education and social insurance system, it deals with the measures that can be used to change the existing security problems, which should be solved by construction safety industry immediately. Hopefully, the construction industry can draw lessons from the measures. Secondly, the paper analyzes the law of our country's vital accidents, and then comes up with some significant research results. Furthermore, it explores accidents'direct and indirect reasons, based on some typical cases, for example, the collapse of stage roof of Nanjing TV Station and the Longmen crane in Shanghai on July 17. It comes up with lessons and experiences, which can work as warnings and examples. Lastly, it puts forward corresponding strategies in both accident prevention and accident inhibition. With Deyang Zhujiang Garden construction safety management as example, it explains the importance of construction safety management, particularly the implementation of control beforehand and strict enforcement during construction.The research results of this paper is instructive on the correct understanding of the status quo of safety management on the construction sites, improving their safety management, reducing or eliminating incidents, and protecting lives and safety of construction workers.
