Along with the growing of energy crisis and environmental crisis, the new energy development and application has become the inevitable trend of the future. Solar energy is a very potential new energy and solar photovoltaic power is currently one of the utilization patterns. The solar photovoltaic power will play an important role in alleviating the energy crisis and reducing the environmental pollution. This paper is dedicated to the use form of solar photovoltaic power,which is dual power solar street lighting system.On the basis of summarizing the current shortage of solar street lamp system, advance a dual power solar street lighting system,which use solar photovoltaic cells as primary energy, market energy as supply energy, battery as energy storage unit,LED as lamp as light source. The system has the following characteristics:①With the market energy as supply energy,the solar photovoltaic cells and battery do not meet the strict matching relation with Powe of LED lamp,and do not consider increasing the installed capacity of solar photovoltaic cells and battery because of continuous rain, Investment costs will be reduced significantly.②For the specificity of charging power supply of battery, Link grid at the same time of constant voltage charge stage and floating charge stage,which can improve efficiency of solar photovoltaic cells significantly. As battery directly link DC bus,it play a role in stabling DC voltage of Inverter,and can effectively improve the quality of the grid current.③When the battery is insufficient,the market energy supply to the street lamp,and improve the reliability of street work, and avoid battery damage caused by excessive discharge. System is also designed to use market electricity to fully charge a battery. Avoid capacity loss because of lack of long-term light,batteries are in condition of not fully charged state.④To many powers in the system, A new energy management control strategy is propose.⑤The system was focus on multi-mode power supply to street-lamp. Solar photovoltaic cells were installed in the upstairs residents to solve solar photovoltaic cells installation and shading problems.Design the main circuit and control circuit of the converter, according to the different work mode of dual power solar street lamps system, design the corresponding control strategies of the converter. Boost converter choose to work in the appropriate maximum power point tracking control mode according to the intensity of illumination; Buck converter choose to work in the constant-current output mode or constant-voltage output mode according to the state of regenerative power pool, When Buck converter working in constant constant-voltage mode, rectifying will grid inverter Rectifiers/inverter will enter grid inverter state.by selecting boost converter and buck current converter,or voltage regulator, Achieve managing the energy of solar photovoltaic cells conversion, controllers of converter are used PID regulator.Finally, the energy flow of system was managed, design the energy management control circuit.In this paper improve the constant voltage tracking method and perturbation and observation method, which were used in dual power solar street lighting system. In control of the solar photovoltaic linking grid, use PI control and complex combination of repetitive control controller, effectively reduce error between linking grid current and the command current. Simulate the solar photovoltaic cells mode, improved MPPT algorithm, solar photovoltaic linking grid, and output condition of Buck converter.
