Water is essential living material and means of production. In the background of the Western Development in our country, promote development of the western small towns is one important measure. However, what is an important premise is provide perfect infrastructure ofwater supply which contribute to carry out the development of western small towns. According to the characteristics of small towns, the development of integrated water device which can adapt to the requirements of high turbidity water sources and provide drinking water in accordance with national standard. These provide powerful support and guarantee for construction of small towns.he study design resort to conventional treatment of integral water purifier, and then add ozonation advanced treatment and the ultraviolet disinfection equipment. This paper briefly analyzes the processing units of process flow and design parameters. It laid stress on the advanced treatment and disinfection parts, and to analyze the advanced treatment of the optimized operation and treatment effect. In the advanced treatment, 2.5 mg/L ozone turnover, contact time of 9 minute, activated carbon filter of 1.5 meter thickness, back wash cycle of 7 days, all of these can obtain better treatment effect and economic effect.In the dvanced treatment unit, average turbidity removal rate is 47.66%,average CODMn removal rate is 50.15%,average UV254 removal rate is 70.06%,average NH3-N removal rate is 61.45%.The paper also studied the activated carbon after backwashing, the removal rate of various pollutants in water with the variation of running time. Ultraviolet disinfection was used for sand filter water and carbon filter water experiment separately which is to kill bacteria. From the experiment, carbon filter water bacteria found a slightly stronger ability of disinfection, but using ultraviolet disinfection can still take the satisfactory effect, bacterial inactivation rate is 98.78%.The design flow of the device is 2.10 m3/h. In the conditions of inlet water quality and environmental factors etc during the test, turbidity of outlet water≤0.41 NTU, CODMn≤1.90 mg/L, UV254≤0.023 cm-1, NH3-N≤0.18 mg/L, bacterial count≤1 CFU/mL. Turbidity removal rate of the device is 99.24%~99.77%, CODMn removal rate is 60.36%~70.20%, UV254 removal rate is 81.28%~89.29%, NH3-N removal rate is 52.65%~78.91%. The device purifying water has high efficiency。The outlet water quality is fine, satisfies the need of western small towns.
