Furthermore, with the development of microcontroller, the emergence and development of diesel engine electronic control technology become an inevitable trend. High pressure common rail(CR) technology is one of the three breakthroughs of internal combustion engine industry in the end of the 20th century, it is considered to be one of the most effective means of saving energy and protecting environment. At present, studying Electronic Control Unit(ECU) has become hotspot in the high pressure common rail diesel system.Supported by project of Hunan Peteco Technology Co., Ltd.(Passenger car diesel engine electronic control management system (EMS) development and application of key technologies), aims the air system controlling strategy of CR diesel engine ECU at researching and analysing. According to CR system of BOSCH, introduces components and working principle for CR system. Researchs software control project of ECU for the high pressure common rail system, including the structure and work processes of diesel engine ECU, describes the structural separation of ECU software architecture, design methods, the main controlling mode of diesel engine electronic control system, and also introduces ECU development model. By apprehending the air system function, the structure divides into a self-test module, EGR module, boost press module, intake module and exhaust module. Detailedly designs controlling strategys and controlling algorithms of EGR module for the air system. Finally, with the help of the test bench, the similar controlling strategys and controlling algorithms of ECU are validity and reliability. |
