The eccentric wheel handspike planetary transmission belongs to movable tooth transmission. The coaxial problem of input shaft and the output shaft has been solved by adopting movable tooth structure. It avoids many problems which are caused by output mechanism of complicated planetary wheel system and the flexible wheel of resonance wave transmission, shortens the movement chain observably and reduces the loss of transferring power. The eccentric wheel handspike planetary transmission has many advantages, such as larger scale of transmission ratio, high transmission efficiency, strong carrying capacity, small in size and simple in structure, etc. The eccentric wheel handspike planetary transmission has important research value and broad application prospects in industry by all of these characteristics.Optimization of transmission parameters, parametric three-dimensional modeling, dynamic simulation analysis and project design of CAD/CAM system have been studied about the eccentric wheel handspike planetary transmission in the dissertation.The mathematical model for optimal design, whose goal is the transmission efficiency, has been established, and obtains the optimal design parameters by MATLAB 7.0.Parametric models of eccentric wheel, ring gear, transmission ring, handspike, roller and assembly model have been established by Program which is second development tool of Pro/E which is three-dimensional design software. It realizes the catena of the parts and assembly models, and actualizes the entire relevant of parts and assembly.Synthetically using the software including Pro/E, Mechanical/Pro and ADAMS, the dynamic simulation model of eccentric wheel handspike planetary transmission has been established. The reasons of the output speed which exists minor fluctuations have been analyzed and the transmission ratio has been validated. Stress analysis of the ring which contacts with the inside roller has been analyzed.Comparative study of output torque and transmission efficiency before and after optimization of transmission parameters, verifies the correctness of the optimization model.Project design of CAD/CAM system of the eccentric wheel handspike planetary transmission, setting product design, product simulation and CNC machining in one has been put forward.
