Eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission is a new type of transmission device whose shape and installation are like ordinary rolling bearing's.It puts the push rod movable tooth as the transmission medium,through the meshing movement of the push rod movable tooth and the inner ring gear to transfer movement and power.Clearance transmission is realized by eliminating meshing pair clearance through transmission rod,as a cage,which can make push rod movable tooth keep contact between eccentric wheel and ring gear.The roller can be used on both ends of push rod movable tooth to ensure rolling friction in eccentric wheel and inner ring gear and movable tooth,which can greatly reduce wear and tear of parts of consumption,and improve the service life of the gear.The trasmission efficiency can be ensured by lots of mesh between push rod movable tooth and gear ring,which is a new transmission device with high efficiency.Based on the structure features and transmission principle of the eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission,the transmission ratio and the stress of movable tooth of the mechanism are analyzed.And the basic structural parameters of eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission is designed based on the initial conditions such as transmission ratio,rotation speed and power.A three-dimensional entity model of a double row eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission reducer is established by computer technology.And the motion simulation analysis is executed.A software which is dedicated to basic parameters optimization in eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission has been designed.The specific works are as follows:(1)The basic structure and transmission principle of eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission have briefly introduced.The tooth profile curve equation in theoray and visualization of eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission ring gear are analyzed.Transmission ratios in six different installations are calculated in eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission using two methods of institutions transformation and angle analysis respectively.(2)Based on the initial conditions,such as the transmission ratio,power and speed,and the basic design parameters of the various parts of eccentric wheel pushrod planetary gear reducer are calculated by using the related calculation formula like strength conditions.And then the detailed design and calculation steps of the eccentric wheel pushrod planetary gear reducer are developed.Through the design calculation steps,the eccentric wheel pushrod planetary gear reducer is designed and the strength is checked.(3)According to the design parameters of each component,the parametric model of each part of the eccentric wheel pushrod planetary gear reducer is established by Pro/E.Through the assembly function of Pro/E,the parts of the gear unit are assembled to obtain the assembly model of the eccentric wheel pushrod planetary gear reducer.And the solid model is provided for the analysis in the subsequent chapters.(4)The angular velocity curve of the input shaft and the output disk are obtained by using ADAMS to simulate the assembly model of the eccentric wheel pushrod planetary gear reducer.The design and assembly of reducer and the gear ratio of the gear unit are verified.(5)According to the initial conditions such as gear ratio,power and speed,the basic parameters of the eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission are calculated by using the traditional empirical formula.Then,using the external penalty function method,the volume of the ring gear is taken as the objective function,The optimal mathematical model of the eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission is finally used to design a software for the optimization of the basic parameters of the eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmissione by C# language,and computation in a red example is completed to optimized the model.
