With the title"On-Line Monitoring System of Leakage Current of Power Transmission Line Based on IEEE1451.2 Standard", the thesis systematically studies the multi-sensor technology of leakage current, measuring system modeling based on IEEE1451.2, EMC technology and so on. Smart transducer interface module, network capable application process and remote management system are developed, improving the development of integrated measuring technology of insulator and smart sensor interface technology. This work is funded by CEEUSRO project of Guangdong province(2007A090302039).The thesis firstly analyzes the domestic and international research on online measuring technology of Leakage current and intelligent sensor interface technology based on IEEE1451 standard, studies the failure mechanism of insulator and IEEE1451 standard, develops an on-line monitoring system of leakage current of power transmission line based on IEEE1451.2. The main work includes the following parts:â‘ Study the failure mechanism of insulator of transmission line, put forward an multi-parameter measuring method which focus on leakage current and meanwhile, consider the impact of the environment factors. With this method, the supervisor of transmission line can get more comprehensive information about insulator and forecast the fault more scientifically.â‘¡Creatively apply intelligent sensor interface technology of IEEE1451 standard in leakage current measurement, put forward the design model of STIM and NCAP based on IEEE1451 standard, ensuring the measuring system more modular and intelligent.â‘¢Develop the field measuring transmission line, analyze the functional requirement of STIM and NCAP and design leakage measuring hardware and software; adopt DSP and ARM as the central controller of the overall system and build the embeded system platform; design the hardware driver and application software based on embeded system and finally achieve smart transducer module automatic identification, Multi-sensor calibration and so on.â‘£Develop remote management system based on a"Socket-SQL-WEB-Server"model. Firstly design remote communication server using Socket technology, then build SQL database and develop a WEB Sever with .NET framework, providing user very friendly management interface.The experiments show that the smart transducer interface module have high measuring accuracy and precision about leakage of insulator and environment factor. The network capable application process can communicate stably with the remote communication server and the WEB sever presents high performance in the WEB pressure test. The finally result presents that the on-line monitoring System of leakage current of power transmission line based on IEEE1451.2 standard can help the supervisor of transmission line monitor the insulator from the remote place on line and make fault alarm in time.
