The Humanization Landscape Design Research Of The Urban Residential Quarter In Guangzhou

With the improvement of the living standard in our country, the requirement for residential quarter is also increasing. The design concept of humanity has been highly concerned as well as caring for people. Humanization design for the outdoor public space of the residential quarter should be needed to be discussed and researched further in the future. In such a background, this article tries to discuss ways for designing humanistic outdoor public space of the residential quarter in Guangzhou which based on research and analysis.Because of the outdoor public space of the residential quarter is used by people finally, meeting the needs of people has become the goal of landscape design. So this article will focus on how to do humanization design for the outdoor public space of the residential quarter. Humanization design: people will live more convenient and comfortable from the design, which make the facilities well on the basic design according to the human behavior, the body's physical structure, psychological situation, the human thought etc. It gives respect and meets the needs of the psychological, physiological and spirit of people. It is the design which thinks more about humane care and respect for human nature.The article begins with thoughts about development of humanization of traditional residential quarter in our country and modern residential quarter in the western country, and subsequently it points out the developmental trend of humanistic space of modern residential quarter in our country. In addition, it illustrates that outdoor public space of residential quarter should be required to design humanly from analyzing such related concepts as residential quarter and humanization, to exploring basic psychology, physiology, yardstick for activity, behavior and relationship of people and outdoor public space of residential area. Moreover, the article put forwards the creating techniques for humanized outdoor space by discussing humanistic space creation methods for designing green space system, recreation space, communication space and view space which are most representative of outdoor public space. The purpose of the article is to evoke people's further understanding about humanity in a real sense and themselves, behavior body in residential area, by preliminary discussion on humanized outdoor public space.
