Research On Renovation Strategy Of Outdoor Public Space Suitable For Aging In Old Residential Areas Of Hefei City

In recent years,China’s urbanization and the rapid increase of population,resulting in the aging of urban population in China is more and more serious,has become an important factor affecting the sustainable development of China’s economy.In the context of aging,the development of community pension has become a trend at present,and more in line with China’s national conditions.However,at present,the outdoor public space of most old residential areas in China is not suitable for aging.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply understand the living characteristics and regularity of the elderly,summarize their needs,and analyze the problems in the outdoor public space of the old residential areas based on the current situation.In this paper,the outdoor public space of the old residential area in one ring of hefei city is taken as the main research object.First of all,according to the selected topic background,has been clear about the research contents and methods,and generalizes the theory of domestic and foreign related research,combined with some typical cases at home and abroad are summarized and concluded,draw can jian,for later hefei old residential outdoor public space of the optimal aging transformation strategy as well as the case study provides certain theoretical basis.Second,according to the research scope of the different nature of the old residential areas were selected youth saemaul undong three village,the construction department of compound,park residential area as the sample,through on-the-spot investigation and questionnaires,the hefei old residential area within the old user’s main life characteristics and the status of the outdoor public space of investigation and statistics,At present,some problems existing in the outdoor public space of the old residential areas in Hefei city are concluded.Then it puts forward the corresponding design principles and strategies for the renovation of outdoor public space for aging in old residential areas in Hefei,and summarizes the renovation methods for aging from the five spatial components of traffic space,activity space,entertainment space,green space and public facilities.Finally,taking the outdoor public area of the youth-first village residential district as the practice object,combining the results of the questionnaire survey and the actual situation,this paper puts forward the idea of the renovation for the outdoor public space of the Youth-first village residential district,and carries out the corresponding renovation practice for the aging from the overall planning and local nodes.The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for the renovation of outdoor public area space for aging in old residential areas in Hefei,so as to create a comfortable,safe and vibrant outdoor public space for the elderly and improve their living quality.Figure [124] table [9] reference [48]...
