Pulsating flow hydraulic (PFH) system which transmit power and signal with the oil reciprocating vibration in the pipeline are common used in the mining, metallurgical, construction, manufacturing, scientific experiments and other industrial equipment. The emergence of PFH make hydraulic technology develop to a new level, and will become an advanced technology promote machinery automation. But basic theory of PFH hydraulic system pipe is very immature and there is no precise mathematical model yet.The system parameter calculation is very difficult.This paper relies on the National Natural Science Foundation Project—the theory and key technology of PFH hydraulic research(Item number: 50775075), detail derived the four-terminal network model of PFH hydraulic system pipe based on the distributed parameter method, and the dynamic characteristics, resonance and efficiency of the model is analysed in the frequency domain. then a research the single-phase PFH test system is established.By appropriately simplified the test system, the bond graph of the system is drawn used sectional lumped parameter model and the system equation of state is also derived. According to equation of state, a system simulation model is established using the Simulink software sub-package technology. By setting reasonable simulation parameters and run the system ,the speed, pressure and displacement curve were obtained which can verify the applicability and feasibility of the mathematical model. Then by changing the frequency, pipe length, diameter and other parameters of the packaging system, the law of influence of these parameters on the efficiency of the hydraulic pipe and the phase characteristics is obtained.Finally, According to the characteristics of a variety of different pipes, the 3D region of the hydraulic fluid inside the pipe is modeled using Pro/E, the mesh is carried out using ANSYS ICEM, the physical conditions of the domain is defined using CFX,solution and results of treatment is also managed by CFX.The pressure distribution and velocity vector distribution of the fluid flowing through various pipes is also obtained. The velocity and pressure of the fluid the various pipes of different shapes and in different frequencies through is analysed.
