Ride comfort is the performance to maintain comfort in the vibration and shock environment within a certain range in the process of moving, For truck cargo, including maintaining goods intact. With the speed and performance requirements for vehicles that people improve, ride comfort is an important performance advantage in the market competition, also one of the main performance of modern high-speed car, so how best to reduce the car in motion the process resulting in the vibration, improve and optimize vehicle ride comfort is a very valuable and meaningful work.With the rapid development of computer technology and widely used multi-body of the dynamics, the vehicle vibration model accurately and even approaching real vehicle established. Rigid-flexible coupling system and non-linear suspension were introduced in the study of vehicle ride comfort. In this paper, based on the model of the nonlinear vehicle suspension of rigid-flexible coupling builded in ADAMS/View software environment, curves that the RMS values of driver's vertical acceleration, wheel suspension dynamic itinerary and dynamic load parameters of non-linear suspension characteristics change with the non-linear suspension characteristic parameters obtained by editing the script Simulation program.With the developmen of bionics and biological evolution modern theory, provide a new design ideas and programs on engineering optimization problem. Taking the use of optimization method which genetic algorithm jointed with ADAMS, eight features of Suspension parameters are optimized according to the RMS values of driver's vertical acceleration, wheel suspension dynamic itinerary and dynamic load parameters of non-linear suspension characteristics change with the non-linear suspension characteristic parameters in this article. For sake of the standard genetic algorithm in a "premature" and search stagnation, the group initialization and genetic operators are improved. By comparing the evaluation indexes of vehicle ride comfort before and after optimization proved that the jointed optimization method is feasible,the study to improve the ride comfort, reduce costs and shorten the development cycle has a certain practical significance.
