Research On Production Management Improvement In DongFeng Touring Car Co., Ltd.

Industrial Engineering (shortly in IE) is a generally recognized engineering discipline,which combines engineering technology with management science to stop wasting and increase productivity and economic efficiency.Aiming to improve production mannagment in DongFeng Touring Car Co., Ltd, the paper mainly dealed with the productivity and cost control analysis and optimization of the chassis workshop,welding workshop and the painting workshop based on Industrial Engineering,Systems Engineering,Cost Control in Management Accounting,.Aiming at the low productivity in the chassis workshop, the paper firstly engaged in the analysis and evaluation of the bottleneck of the production line with time study and line balancing, then through analyzing the key factors on the bottleneck station with ISM, the paper carry out improvement measurements with teamwork analysis,5W1H,ECRS and 5s management. The quantitative contrast results verified the validity of the improvements.Aiming at the low productivity in the welding workshop,after particularizing a series of factors affecting production capability the paper proposed corresponding improvement measurement with 5W1H,TRIZ and the theory of Production Flexibility such as process rearranging operation method, improvement and the administrant system upgrading. The quantitative contrast results verified the validity of the improvements.As for the high cost per car in the painting workshop,the cost per car was quantitatively analyzed with standard cost method and the feasible corrective measure was chosen with pay-off matrix. The quantitative contrast results for cost control verified the validity of the improvements.
