The Application And Study About Production Line Balance And Workshop Production Layout And Pathway Improvement In Manufacturing

Because of the rapid development of global economic and science and technology,the demand and economic of the market are changing quickly in our country.However,manufacturing enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges at the same time.Therefore improving production efficiency is the only way to survive for manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,industrial engineering methods are used and the theories contact is actual.It is the purpose to greatly improve the efficiency of industrial production and meet market demand by scientific analyzing line balance and workshop layout and pathway of manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,the background and significance of research are introduced in this paper.The object of study and content are defined further by introducing research status related field.Secondly,the relevant theoreies about the research are described in this paper.The theories of the production line balance are introduced,which include principle of motion economy,MOD and production line balance.Line balancing formula is also analyzed by MATLAB.The knowledge about workshop production layout and design pathway is also described,which includes data collection and analysis methods.Again,the theories contact is actual.The problems of the company are discovered by researching a specific company.The problems of line balance and production layout and pathway are solved by using the manufacturing engineering methods that include motion economy principles,MOD,5W1 H,ECRS principle and line balancing formula.At last,final solution is proposed for line balance and production layout and pathway of the company.In addition,the results are compared before and after improving.Because of studying depth manufacturing enterprises production process optimization,the problems of line balance and production layout and pathway are solved by using the industrial engineering methods.Finally,line balance rate is improved.The production layout and assembly line are optimized.The allocation of corporate resources is becoming reasonable.The economic of enterprises rises.In addition,a complete set of feasible reference scenario is proposed to improve the productivity of industrial enterprises at the current stage.In summary,the production process optimization of manufacturing enterprises has practical significance for long-term development of manufacturing enterprises.
