Pre-stressed fabricated concrete frames are assembled by pre-cast pre-stressed beams and columns with tendons in the joints of the frames. These beams and columns are hoisted in site and the tendons are passed through the moirépipes. So pre-stressing force are brought to the joints of the frame. These tendons also can assume the moments at the end of the beam in ordinary condition. By way of these tendons, pre-cast beam and columns can be assembled conveniently, and the joints and frame are monolithic and continuous. Consequently, this kind of frame systems possess higher reliability and solved the problems in the pre-cast of assembling concrete frames.Based on the pseudo-static and pseudo-dynamic test of a specimen of two floor double-span pre-stressed fabricated concrete frame, this paper researches the seismic performance such as bearing capacity, failure mode, hysteretic behavior, deformation recovery capacity, ductility, energy dissipation capacity and etc, And through non-linear finite element analysis method to simulate the situation of the framework. Studies show that pre-stressed fabricated concrete frame has better seismic performance.
