Prove the development of prefabricated concrete structure is a necessary way of building industrialization. Prefabricated structure can improve the level of mechanization, speed up the construction progress, reduce the labor intensity, realize low energy consumption and low emissions of building process. It’s helpful to achieving the green development of the construction requirements. But due to the poor node connection reliability of fabricated structure, it’s hard to meet the stress requirement under repeated loads and is restricted by the seismic area.This paper make the pseudo-dynamic loading test and pseudo-static loading test of a two floor two-span post-tensioned fabricated pre-stressed concrete frame, and use structure analysis software to analyze the frame model. Then compare the results of the test with the results of the analysis.Using MIDAS make the testing framework’s dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis, the maximum interlayer displacement angle calculated by the test suit with software simulation results. Both the test results and the simulation results reflect good performance and strong resistance ability to the outside world’s stress of the post-tensioned fabricated pre-stressed concrete frame.Using the large general finite element analysis software ABAQUS make pseudo-static test simulation analysis of the post-tensioned fabricated concrete frame, and use the concrete plastic damage model provided by software analyze the frame’s damage state under low reversed cyclic loading. The results show that concrete plastic damage model can better reflect the frame’s damage status at each stage and concrete plastic damage model is practical. The damage index calculated by damage assessment model can be a good reaction to the frame’s damage development process and damage state under the earthquake action.
