Research On Visual Management Techniques Of Manufacturing Resource Oriented To Assembly Process

Manufacturing resource management is an important sector of enterprise production management. Effective management of manufacturing resources could deeply increase utilization rate of existing resources in corporation, and reduce resource waste, and enhance the optimal allocation and management of manufacturing resources, thus reduce the production cost of manufacturing enterprises effectively.Aiming at the problems that the real time ability and visibility of the manufacturing resource management oriented to assembly process are weak, and the total management can not be realized effectively, the visual management technology of manufacturing resources oriented to assembly process is studied. With the resource modeling method based on Timed Colored Petri Net (TCPN), a TCPN model of manufacturing resource oriented to assembly process is built, and then the simulation analysis provides basis for the optimum distribution of manufacturing resource. With the idea of visualization management technology, the visualization handling technology of manufacturing resource data information for assembly process is studied in order to show the information clearly and intuitively by a variety of forms, such as graphics, lists, etc. Then the visual management system of manufacturing resource oriented to assembly process is developed to manage the related manufacturing resource of the assembly process totally and efficiently, through visual human-computer interactive platform.With the visual management of manufacturing resources oriented to assembly process, managers can know in time the assembly process status, all kinds of manufacturing resource status, and the plan implemented status and so on, and can also track manufacturing resource information in real time, and control the assembly process status from the overall perspective. Thus the management efficiency of manufacturing resource is improved.
