Earthwork construction machinery excavator as an important,and in all play an important role in the construction of infrastructure.In order to be able to get advantage in the fierce market competition,all kinds of excavator manufacturing enterprises not only to improve product quality and production efficiency,but also be able to produce a variety of models of excavator to meet the needs of different users.This requires excavator production enterprise to be in the same line on efficient assembly models of different products,need dynamic formulation of each type of product assembly to the beat.However,in the actual process of assembly,with high frequency changes to the assembly,the assembly line is not up to scheduled production capacity,prone to assembly the bottleneck.In order to be able to quickly find out the bottleneck of assembly and improve the assembly process,the companies tend to analyze a method using artificial stopwatch.But the traditional artificial stopwatch chronometry cost a lot of manpower and time cost and low efficiency.Therefore,this article selects some enterprise excavator as the research object of flexible assembly line,excavator TCPN modeling method of flexible assembly line are put forward.By means of CPN Tools software system platform for the model simulation,so as to effectively find out the bottleneck node at the assembly line of excavator,and use the IE Tools for lean improvement of bottleneck node.In this paper,the research mainly includes the following content:First,this paper introduces the company S excavator flexible assembly line in the assembly shop of plane layout,illustrates the assembly process of excavator,analyzed the characteristics of assembly process,on the basis of the original assembly line,assembly line concept for excavator flexible assembly line on abstract description model.On the basis of the conceptual model,the entire line according to the location divided into independent flexible assembly unit,excavator is constructed using TCPN flexible assembly cell model of the assembly line,through flexible assembly unit model construct whole excavator TCPN model of flexible assembly line.Secondly,the use of CPN Tools software system platform to map the excavator simulation model of the flexible assembly line color set,variable definition model,change,the key elements and function library.With the aid of CPN Tools software system platform built for the excavator production assembly line TCPN model simulation,find out the bottleneck of excavator exists on an assembly line process.And then,choose according to the results of simulation assembly bottleneck process with the longest time as improve object,together with the company S assembly shop to improve team lean improvement of bucket rod assembly process.Through video analysis,draw the man-machine combination process analysis,find out the causes of bottleneck because the bucket rod assembly is in the process of waiting time is too long,to improve the improvement of the standard operation and increase the operation scheme.Again after the improvement scheme,video analysis was carried out on the bucket rod assembly station,the improved assembly beats,the improvement of the research results show that the proposed scheme reduces the bucket rod assembly beats,eliminates the bottleneck process,assembly level off the assembly line,further improve the efficiency of the excavator assembly.Finally,through the company S excavator modeling and improve the application of the flexible assembly line,verified the presented modeling method based on the excavator TCPN flexible assembly line of the validity and the rationality of the improving measures.
