Research On Electric Load Technology For Manual Transmission

Transmission is one of the key parts of automobile driving system. Changing torque and rotational speed from engine is its main function and make it accord with request of draft load. The working condition of transmission has a direct effect on total performance of automobile. So, it is important to have a test for transmission.On based of analyzing lots of works and datum and referring to some abroad and inside application fruits about combination property testing bench, This article research the load of manual transmission of vehicles and how to reconstruct the load in the lab. Firstly, the article introduces the significance of the transmission test and the development condition. According to the fruits of drive line test from domestic and foreign, and to analyze overall design of the mechanical transmission (MT) test, and to research its dynamic load technology, then get the shortage of the constant load of MT test bench in our country, give the necessity and superiority of dynamic load test. Secondly, the construction, working principle and working condition of transmission of passenger vehicle are given to supply the design of the test bench in theory. According to the feature of MT of passenger motor vehicle, showing the working condition of the driving vehicle, and give the load module of MT. In this article,Pay more attention to find the difference condition between our country and foreign road load cycle, introduces the condition of road operations study, give an advisable method of road operations data getting, establish an reasonable load cycle of road, to realize the dynamic load in MT detection test. At last, Give the design of the MT test bench; accomplish the scheme of using electric drive to simulate the real dynamic load. Then give future research of the system, and fulfill the load on the bench, and give an acceptable load of road operations. The result shows that the scheme is feasible, the technical route is also reasonable and suitable and the tested parts can be loaded accurately.
