The Development Of Ship Host Control System Based On ARM

In recent years, with raising level of industrial manufacturing and the appearance of comprehensive cost advantage, Chinese shipbuilding industry keeps a rapid growth. It has become the largest shipbuilding country. In particular, the continual emergence of high intelligence ship, and thus it has put forward higher requirements to the development of ship host control system. The thesis is based on the characteristics of ship high and low speed host system, and uses G16V300 series ZC18B medium-speed diesel engine model which produced by Wuxi Antai Power Machinery Co. Ltd as the research object, uses the relay pump boat(" Jin Hang Shun 1")as operating background, in order to research the ship host embedded control system based on ARM & Linux framework.Firstly, this paper analysises that current status of China's ship host control and development of embedded control, combined with "Jin Hang Shun 1" control requirements, at last insure ARM (S3C2410) & FPGA (EP1C3T144) architecture to built and design hardware platform; use Linux&QT to build system software platform; use the ITV3050-012S gas proportional valve produced by the Japanese SMC as the core components to build up closed-loop pneumatic control system; use the way of merging the classical PID intelligent control and integrated control; so that the ship host control to maintain a good working state. The system also extends the host telegraph, multi-signal alarm processing and so on. In a way, it simplifies the ship's control system.At the same time, the system software and hardware platform have good compatibility and portability, it is not only fit for the relay pump boat such a special ship in the host control, but also for ordinary ship and other control fields. It already has been successfully used for the steam ferry and laser marking machine, it once again proved the superiority of this system.
