The design is carried out for the skewed-swept rotor blades, choosing reasonable main parameters and working out the structure of rotor blades by means of aerodynamic calculation using the theory of isolated airfoils. Moreover, it is discussed with emphasis on proper. Selection of the skewed-swept angle and base lines of the air foil gravity centre.This paper inherits the standpoint that the wake vortex noise is the important noise source of the low pressure axial fan, and uses the sound power formula that T.FUKANO has brought for physical model. In the fan's satisfied design parameter condition, it made the mathematics model of the noise flow-type optimization design of the low pressure axial fan that take noise sound power of the fan as the objective function and take global pressure, flow, Reynolds number and rotational speed of the tip rotor as constraint conditions. It is about low pressure axial fan's noise flow-type optimization design which adopts optimization theory and numerical calculation method with Visual Basic program language and Microsoft Excel. And analysis of the reasons for reducing the noiseUnder the same conditions, in accordance with the design method proposed in this paper, I design and preparation of a JYFZ№16 A-1 textile axial fan.
