In the last few years, car industry progress by leaps and bounds, for example,in 2005, national automotive yield already approach 9,650,000, so many kind of the equipments of oil consuming emerge in that times.But among them big part is separated oil-consuming measuring technique, main for capacity method with quantity method,the people pay attention to progressive technique in world,environmental protection and economy energy, but the application of the measuring quipments based on it was limited a certain extent because of their complicated structure and inconvenient disassembly. Currently, people increasingly put attention to nonseparated oil-consuming measuring technique. The purpose of the dissertation is to study the application of the nonseparated oil-consuming techniqueAt first, the nonseparated oil-consuming mearuring technique was studied in the thesis ultrasonic measuring technique was also studied here. From the comparison we can draw the better measuring technique that is fit for nonseparated oil-consuming measure. According to the demand of practicality, we designed measuring bedrock by automotive chassis dynamometers.we satisfied the demand of measuring location by the car was drived in automotive chassis dynamometers.At the same time, put on the error analysis and its correction. The function of the ultrasonic flowmeter was tested through experiment and the error was analyzed and corrected, too.At the proceeding of automotive oil-consuming experiments, we need measure the parameter about number of tire turning, weight…etc. if getting these signal with the manual method include experiment, not only wasting time and energy, but also making kind of error and mistake easily in manual reading and recording process, the accuracy of experiment is hard to be guaranteed. for this research we Developped this system of nonseparated oil-consuming measuring by PC as the hardware and designed virtual instrument as software that is mainly LabVIEW, matching with sensor,system signal adjusted and DAQ card. That system controls the collection of data, the analysis data and manifesting result at compute by software. To satisfy the demand of the customer, we design the the database system that can save and search the data of oil-consuming according to the national standard request of car oil-consuming.
