Analysis Of Nonseparated Oil Consumption By Ultrasonic Based On Neural Network

In recent years, with the deficiency of oil energy and the increasement of car fuel fee, people more and more focus on the efficience of fuel, so vavious oil-consuming measuring equipments appeared. Although separated oil-consuming measuring technique has developed very well, the application of the measuring quipments based on it was limited a certain extent because of their complicated structure and inconvenient disassembly. Currently, people increasingly put attention to nonseparated oil-consuming measuring technique. The purpose of the dissertation is to study the application of the nonseparated oil-consuming technique.At first,the nonseparated oil-consumning measuring technique was studied in the thesis.Laser measuring technique and ultrasonic measuring technique were also studied here.From the comparison of laser and ultrasonic technique's virtues and disadvantages,we can draw the better measuring technique.Then from the actual condition,we put forward one method called time-difference method, which is suited for ultrasonic measuring of nonseparated oil-consuming measure.We also draw the application project of ultrasonic transducer that is adapted for nonseparated oil-consuming measuring from the research of ultrasonic transducer theory.The function of the ultrasonic flowmeter was tested through experiment and the error was analyzed and corrected,too. The flowmeter coefficient method and the correction method of error curve were put forward.The emphases of the dissertation are put on the error analysis and its correction.Through lots of ultrosonic measure experiments we analysis the error.Based on the main methods often used,we find the method of data fixing for ultrasonic flowmeter based on the neural network ,and make the mathmatic model for it,include the structure design,parameters choice, plan fashion and the experiments test.At last,the softwares in the top computer for ultrasonic flowmeter by using Visual C++ and MATLAB program language,which include data input,fixing and output function.
