Rational use of lubricants is necessary for perfect lubrication, because it can monitor the working conditions of lubricants at any time to ensure reasonable time of oil replacement, and safety and effectiveness of equipments. Oil monitoring technology primarily monitors physical and chemical properties of oil and content of abrasive, so people can know the working conditions and oil pollution of equipment timely, and replacing the oil according its quality. Presently, the technology attracts more and more enterprises to develop a variety of oil monitoring instruments.This project is on the foundation for the working principle of every analytic mechanism. It combines practical application and the theory, and realizes the online analysis of diesel engine. Moreover makes the practical application for technology of oil online analysis visualization, which is very important for carry devices and rotating machines.Online oil monitoring is a new technology emerged in recent years. Presently a method called fixed oil changing period is generally adopted. The oil replacing period depends on the mileage, the time, the working conditions, or offline analysis method sometimes. The oil can not be replaced according to its quality, if use the method of regular oil replacing, therefore cause a huge waste of lubricating oil. In addition, offline analysis method has many disadvantages, such as huge volume of instruments, high cost and so on. The project is focus on the research for real-time quality analysis of lubricating system of diesel engine, from which we can get the oil status rapidly and cut down further damage of lubricating system.The thesis deeply researched on the basic structure institution, features, and working principles of lubricating circuit for diesel engine. Analyzing offline analysis method for lubricating oil and judgment standard of related oil quality, and then the online analysis system is designed based on some physical and chemical indicators and deterioration principles. The parameters of online analysis consist of sensitive factors such as contamination level, viscosity, pressure, temperature of lubricating oil. On the foundation of organic complexion of many monitoring principles and development methods the thesis researched on hardware circuit, such as composite sensor probe for oil contamination detection, following capacitor-voltage conversion, signal condition adjustment and so on. The thesis probed a new approach to realize online analysis of quality for lubricating oil using its temperature, pressure and the speed of engine. Moreover, the thesis made pressure and temperature composite adapter of lubricating oil according to practical needs, and tested its reliability. The thesis designed a recognition model for judging quality of lubricating oil by using neural network, and it is conformed that the model is reliable and with low error, and can meet the demands of online analysis system for lubricating oil. |
