In this paper, preventing abrasion of tire is introduced, because abrasion and using life of it will affect capability of vehicle such as safety, riding comfort, yarage, dynamic characteristies and economy. Maker making cars will research and solve problem of tire to prolong life and advance economy.Tire is an intermediary between vehicle and road during running. Practically, all force that acting vehicle functions its tire, so its using condition can directly reflect vehicle's state. Now, when we define and use tire, we wish its face contact road and abrasion equably. While life of practical using tire will deduce because designed tire can result into orientation failure of part and inaccuracy orientation of tire, which will make tire contact road unevenly. At the same time, its abrasion will make vehicle run unsteadily, lead bracket of batholiths, running and turning system to untrue technical target, which can deduce using life of parts. At the same time, improper abrasion of tire will result to not only ahead of scrap but also blow-out, which will affect safty of vehicle and bring about economical losing. As a mader, it is very significative to prevent improper abrasion, prolong using life, save cost, advance benefit, repairing benefit and quality for tire through analyzing place and phenomenon of tire abrasion including mechanism of tire abrasion, stability of running and changing of orientation parameter and making countermeasure.As we know, Natural and improper abrasion of tire is mainly researched by tribology and macrokinetics based on exiting theoretical principle and scientific achievement. In this research, we found that we can not only forecast and defend improper abrasion of tire directed toward different orientation parameters and character of brachet shape but also estimate defalt of bracket and turning system through different abrasion phenomenon on the tire, which can provide theoretical analize and operating direction to design and maintain for tire and bracket aimed at reducing improper abrasion of tire.
