Research And Application For Diesel Oil With High Solidify-point To Heat In Winter

In this paper, it is introduced that the high solidifying-point diesel oil is applied in diesel motor of transportation vehicle in winter. Because what the high solidifying-point diesel oil having bigger molecule particle makes its fluidity, pulverization arid evaporation affect in low temperature, which makes burning incomplete, auto power reduce, oil wear and discharge pollution an so on. So, it is used to different type diesel oil with low solidifying point according to temperature in winter.Firstly, used heating ways can solve some using questions on high solidifying-point diesel oil in the low temperature according to its feature, through knowing some researches and conditions about diesel motor's start-up in the low temperature from home and abroad. Then heating equipments are designed in terms of different running step to vehicle.Secondly, in the auto of Sitail WD615 type, physical model is built in oil supplying system to adapt heating high solidifying point diesel oil by exerting thermal conduction theory and conservation law of energy. And different mathematic model of heating equipment are built before starting-up in the parking and heating step and on the running step in terms of specific conditions. At the same time, heating power of each part is accounted through academic value.Thirdly, ANSYS10.0 software is introduced to analyze fundamental theory, process and accounting parameter ways on transient-state heat. Soon, heating process of model is analyzed on transient-state used it. At the same time, heating power is confirmed by simulating and optimizing each heating place. After doing independent experiment, error cause is found through comparing experimental and academic with simulating result. Subsequently, heating equipment is validated industrially. It is succeeded through improving some questions in the industrial experiment.Finally, what research direction of starting-up equipment in the low temperature from home and abroad vehicle is mainly consider pre-heating of air inlet in the auto, while my task solved fluidity of oil during low temperature in winter. High solidifying-point diesel oil is applied in the winter through using reasonable heating ways to different part in the oil supplying system of diesel motor. Presently, this task is successful by industrial experiment and it is popular value.
