In winter diesel car often uses lower freezing point diesel fuel. In order to abate use-cost of diesel car, some cars use higher freezing point diesel fuel after installing fuel supply system for using higher freezing point diesel fuel in winter. Aim at some question of system such as inconsistency of power field (temperature field) distribute,lack of basis when defining the power of heating unit, the paper utilize correlative knowledge of heat transfer and ANSYS to analyze the power field (temperature field) in parking from reducing use-cost of diesel car and ensuring regular startup.Software simulation and theoretical research of fuel supply system for using higher freezing point diesel fuel in winter of the Sterve is done in paper. Define the power of every part and the relation of power and time in parking. Bring forward the main heat source which is hot water exchanger and high temperature diesel fuel return, assistant heat source which is each heat part in running moment.By means of simulation,theoretical numeration and experimental verification,the result of simulation,theoretical numeration and experimental verification is in consonance with outcome of the test, it is accurate that the gabarite﹑research technique and technical line used in fuel supply system for using higher freezing point diesel fuel in winter.
