The Load Emulation System designed in the paper can be used for variable wing and rudder's loading, when they are under different circumstance such as cylinder's resisitence and affect for the system under different conditions.The system will follow the specific load plan, according to resistance curve export the estimated load during the wing expanding. It will keep track, save the record and build up the curve of the data.The paper analysis and caiculates the resistance when the wing eapandiing and the superfluous power which caused by the servor motor as the torque power source.At the system controlling, the paper used VC and NATLAB as the host computer coding language, DSP as system core controlling unit, program the control strategy eliminating the unnecessary power and DTC controls servor motor following the load plan to full fill the high dynamitic response requirement.The paper also designs and analysis the motor output torque situation based on different implementing agency programs,as the reference for choosing the parameter of the servor motor.At the system executing, the paper designed a few loading executing structure base on variable wing deployment mechanism theory, It also covered inertia loading plan for lab safety and resource constriction.The wing Load Emulation System may be used in missile design to reduce the research cost and duration. It also can be used for quality assurance on missile's random checkup,the importance goes without saying.
