Electrical machinery and dragged technology is an important branch of domain of automation. It involves analog circuit, design of power, automatic control and protection of power supply. It refers to computer science, automatic control and electronic science. Furthermore it has become a focus that is impelled by developing stratagem in each of country of all over the world. Aiming at situations in laboratory of basic special course "electrical machinery and dragged" of department of automation, and according to the landscape orientation teaching innovation subject in college, this paper investigates the design and development of standards experiment equipments basing on the forward separate ones in laboratory of electrical machinery and dragged.Firstly, developing background and seedtime of electrical machinery and dragged experiment equipment and some important developing directions are introduced. Then origin of the subject and central contents are also expatiated.Secondly, basing on the deep comprehension about theory of electrical machinery and dragged technology, this paper finished the design and development of experiment equipment, and the focus is development of peripheral equipment. It includes the following aspects: Using the compact circuits and SCM AT89S52, finishing the design of high-power direct current constant power supply whose protected current could be constant adjusted, connecting the character that hardware circuits respond quickly with the advantage that software's protection is steady, and expanding functions of traditional constant power supply. It involves over-voltage, short-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, off phase and wire N or wire PE off line protections. Furthermore it also includes sound and light warning system. All of them provide a new idea on the comprehensive protection device of AC power supply system in 3-phase 5-wire. The design of multifunction power meter using HDB6 and AT89S52 realize the aim to unitize many meters that can show power, voltage, current and power-factor from a new point of view. With the development of network, the fast developing Internet also is imported in the design ofexperiment equipment, and the established website about electrical machinery and dragged technology provides an excellent platform for the development of advancing specialty subject.Finally, two experiment examples show the excellent performance that is the systems can work formally.One of important characteristics of this paper is to combine high-power direct current constant power supply whose protected current could be constant adjusted, the comprehensive protection device, multifunction power meter and Internet technology into experiment equipment, and finish the design of better electrical machinery and dragged experiment equipment which is very useful to create advantage conditions for scientific research in the future.
