Wind power has became a new field of developing new energy and renewable green power according to its clear, no pollution, Construction period short and Low operating costs. MW-Class inverted power is one of main controlled object by the large capacity variable speed constant frequency wind turbine. Its performance will directly impact the whole wind power system. But the price of imported is high in the recent marketing. The inverted power made by China works primitively. So it has a wider significance to study the design on MW-Class inverted power, which ensures that the wind power can output high quality, high efficiency power for fulfill the huge demand.The junction of Boot DC-DC circuit, the high frequency transformer circuit, the direct filtration rectifier circuit, the bridge-type contra-variant circuit and insulate transformer circuit were incorporated as main power loop. The SCM(single chip) MC68HC90 and accommodation CMOS chip SA4828 were combined to produce SPWM wave in order to concoct pulse duration and then utilized drive circuit to control the main power loop, which making the voltage wave.Upon the strategy for controlling AC power, it has improved the traditional repetitive control algorithm. The strategy advancing a dual mode method which combines repetitive controlled ware with ratio and integral regulator can improve the quality of outputting power.At last, adopt the Simulink-based components simulation technology; focused on characteristics of inverted power supply with nonlinearity, time variability and hybrid property, a simulation model of inverted system based on PI adjustment is put forward. It adopts component simulation technology with Simulink. Dynamic simulations were made aiming at tests of inductance effect, dead-time effect, and load sudden change. The simulation result shows that the model proposed in this paper reflects influence of inverted power parameters to cverifies compliance between parameters change and theoretical analysis. This model is an effective tool for analyzing general nonlinear hybrid power system.
