Nowadays, Although Transmission test has been widely used in our country, generally, The test-bed is lack of state monitoring system. The transmission is detected and monitored In the course of the experiment for the timely detection of early failure. An efficient state supervisory control system that takes advantages of providing safety and steady conditions is very important for the test.For Automobile Transmission test the specific needs of condition monitoring, analyzing the temperature, speed, torque and vibration signals of the transmission during the Automobile Transmission test, choosing the hardware needed to test systems, such as sensors, industrial computer, data acquisition cards, etc., The alarm system, including oil temperature,, speed, torque and vibration signal, has been designed. In which vibration signal alarm monitoring of transmission is the focus of the study subjects.Order analysis technology overcome the disadvantage of the tradition frequency analysis, completely solve the key technology of the feature signal acquired.
