In the recent years, natural disasters frequently occur globally. Destructive earthquakes happened in close succession in our country had caused massive loss of human life and property. Through a survey on the actual relief work of 512 Sichuan Earthquake, large problems has been found out in the design of transitional shelters. Considering the possibility of facing frequent natural disasters in the future, to invent transitional shelters specially designed for coping with post-disaster housing allocation is an essential task which can also help improving the post-disaster relief work in our country. This paper focus on the multiple design of transitional shelters: corrugated structure is used in the walls, for its firmness and its ability of adjusting the temperature both trumps the commonly used PVC boards; The applying of modularization theory can raise the speed of the construction, making the shelter more free and adjustable when assembled. Basing on the basic construction procedure of mobile board houses, this design uses adjustable slip tracks as the groundwork of the shelter. The conceptional design plan of the slip track network is based on a thorough analysis of the post-disaster circumstances, and the network can make the construction and installation more convenient. The medical function of the enclosure space as a good cure in rebuilding people's mental health has also been taken into consideration. To design more proper and comfortable transitional shelters for post-disaster housing allocation, this paper is working on a space design plan that can suit the ethnic feelings under the current situation of our country. Basing on the data consolidation, this paper combines the theories of "diversity", "multiple dimension" and "symbiosis", along with the study methods of combining theory with reality, making this design plan of more practical significancy.
