The Research Of Construction Mode Of City VIllage

In recent years, city village exists popularly in middle and big cities of our country. The reason is complex, and it's not only difficult to reconstruct and brings increasing barriers to city construction and administration, but also affects the development and benefits of themselves. With the development of economy and society in China is more and more fast, the reconstruction of city village has been an inevitably tendency. This project has been made the government decision project numbered 08B022, so it's urgent to be reconstructed. At the same time, the study about the city village's transformation isn't rich, many problems need to be studied and to be solved. Here lies the reason that the author selected the topic about the problem of city village to study.First, on the base of review, the paper analyzes the present condition, characteristic, major existing problems, investigating the reason in the city village, the rationality of the existence and the neccessity of the renewal.Second, this text regards village in ZhengZhou as the case of studying, summarizing the situation of transformation. It also selected 5 city typical village that transformed to be the case, This paper shows the inhabitant's revenue and expenditure change,the neighborhood relations change, the situation of lifetime warranty and infrastructure ect after the transformation of city village in ZhengZhou City,analyzes the problem lying in those changes and proposes the preliminary solution by the form of questionnaire and interview. This make up the insufficiency of research on the city village.Third, on the basic of research, This text summarize the mode of the resconstruction's path that under the supervise of government, the resident in city village to reform the city village with wide collaboration,and the mode of the resconstruction of space and environment of "grops+treet+yard"that"with the area feature and the texture interweaved of new and old"。The last,the paper introduced the case of DaPu, XiaoPu and BaiMiao, and it prove the validity of the conclusion.
