Research On The Planning And Construction Of Shi Zhuang Village In Anning City Based On Industrial Integration Development

Rural industrial convergence development is an important way and method to promote rural industrial revitalization.But there are still some rural areas,especially western villages,with low level of industrial convergence and fail to effectively use their own resources,etc.Based on the perspective of rural industrial convergence development,this thesis explores the road of industrial convergence development through the research on planning and construction in practice of Shizhuang village in Anning city.It provides a reference for other villages.Firstly,through the research and summarize on the theoretical of rural industrial convergence at domestic and foreign,obtained the preliminary conception for the industrial convergence development of Shizhuang village.Secondly,to judge the development level and spatial autocorrelation of industrial convergence in Kunming city through re-building couplingcoordination degree model and spatial autocorrelation analysis for Shizhuang village planning and construction at the strategic level provide reference.Third,determine the advantages of Shizhuang village in tourism belt in the south of Anning city.Finally,propose the general conceptions of industrial convergence development and measures with analysis of Shizhuang village.The research found that the rural industrial convergence is an effective method to revitalize rural industries.However,the progress of domestic practice still lacks substantial breakthroughs.The overall level of rural industrial convergence development in Kunming has made great progress,and the rural market competition will become more intense in the future.A diversified industrial development pattern is slowly forming around Shi Zhuang village,which is both an opportunity and challenge,promoting “Agriculture+” and “Culture+” is a necessary way to deal with the competition.Under the reality that the red line of village construction is tightly constraints,Shi Zhuang village needs to develop low-space incremental industries to seek compound industrial added values.“+Tourism” and “+Information-technology” to make industrial convergence better.Shizhuang village is in the progress of “tree changes”,in which resources become “asset”,farmland become “farms” and change villagers into “stockholders” with initial valid results of industrial convergence development through complementary resources and collective power up by new village elites and aborigines.
