Digital oscilloscope is an indispensable tool in the field of modern electronic. As the rapid development of microelectronics and computer technology, digital oscilloscope was also advanced quickly as an exact device of electronic surveying, which was prone to enhance a stronger function and a higher precision.In this article, a digital oscilloscope was designed based on the NMR signal, which is characteristic of low-cost,less feature relatively(stronger special function) and is embedded in the NMR device. First, the concept,basic principle and the developmental circumstances were all introduced in the paper. Second, the scope of the specific implementation was analysised particularly, proposing(expounding) two different methods of data collection which were real-time sampling method and the random sampling method. Final, through specific circuit diagram and software flow chart, the design of this article was described, and the experimental results of the oscilloscope was also shown. Through the experiment, the results of sampling for the NMR signal was proof-tested, achieving the expected results.As follows is the main work of the design:(1) The research of the principle of the digital storage oscilloscope, and proposing the design proposal of digital oscilloscope based on MCU + CPLD + DPRAM for NMR signals.(2) The design of data sampling module. Data sampling is the main difference between digital oscilloscope and analog oscilloscope, which would digitize the analog signal and realize the digital signal processing and display. Lower and higher frequency signals were sampled by two different sampling methods which are Real-time sampling and random sampling.(3) The design of LCD part. The driver of the LCD was completed, and the raw data was reorganized by the corresponding processing algorithm, the detectable signals was displayed in the LCD screen.
