The project is to develop the 100MHz bandwidth, equivalent sampling frequency is 1G/Sa, resolution is 8bits, dual signal channel, and delicacy is 5mv- 100v/div per channel,time sweep velocity is 20ns--5s / div Digital Storage Oscilloscope(DSO)。Achieved equivalent sampling is innovative and main content of the project.Equivalent sampling has sequence sampling and random sampling. Every sampling plot had sampled in random time and had not related to trigger time of random equivalent sampling. And it have function of trigger in advance and information of trigger and triggered .This project made use of random sampling. The random sampling theory possess of many advantages on technology. The more high-powered DSO can be manufactured with electronic components coming forth and its cost falling.The project applied the Field Programmable Gates Array (FPGA) to realize random equivalent sampling. That did not use double slope integral amplifier to realize equivalent sampling .In the course of testing the use of two methods designed to achieve equivalent sampling, the final selection of one of the best ways to be able to meet the demand of users′results and performance indicators. FPGA logic devices not only the full realization of the separation of the functions of portfolio, and to achieve its unique functions, such as data stored in a data sampling address and read out the address of the digital processing capabilities and powerful advantage. And the choice has PLL internal FPGA logic modules for this design brings great convenience. It is propitious to make portable Oscilloscope.Of course, some of the functions of internal FPGA device reliability - based design and wiring methods brought many problems. Finally on the analysis and solution of this design met all indicators.
