Handheld Programmer Design And Implementation Used For Electric Vehicle Controller

In recent years, motor control technology has a rapid development. However, compared with foreign motor control technology and products, the basis for the control of motor function components development in China lags behind the motor control technology and product development level. Therefore, the development of motor control function components for the motor controller equipment provided with independent intellectual property rights of the practical and reliable products is very necessary.This paper is based on the practical needs, according to new motor controller system products (handheld programmer) we design, and go to independent research and development, and it has practical significance and application value.This paper is mainly devoted to the design and implementation of handheld programmer's hardware platform and software platform, By the research and development of the undertaking project (handheld programmer), the paper analyzes comprehensively the design principle and realization method of the handheld programmer. First we introduce the development and the present situation of the domestic motor control system, the present situation and development of handheld programmer, handheld programmer technique characteristics and advantages, And then, based on the modular design ideas, we give the design method and the hardware and software of the handheld programmer system based on C8051F133 microcontroller, Finally we introduce the software method of the buttons, serial communication, LCD display, etc and the main functions of the design and realization of the technology.the handheld programmer introduced in this paper, has developed into actual product batch production stage, and it can be used for the division wisdom of motor control system produced by INCO. The practice proved to be effective, obtaining good effect, and has the stronger practicability and application value.
