The catenary is a transmission line that supplies power to the electric locomotive built over the railway line.In order to ensure the reliability of the power supply,the railway power supply section needs to carry out routine inspection and power outage maintenance of the catenary.The operation of connecting ground wire is a crucial action to make sure the safety in operation of power outage maintenance of catenary.The traditional operation information of connecting ground wire depends mainly on manual transmission,and the degree of automation is not high.The existing grounding wire monitoring device can collect the status and geographical location of the grounding wire automatically,then upload it to the server through 4G mobile network,but this workflow ignores the need for on-site leaders to know the grounding wire information in real time,and each monitoring device needs to rely on the data card provided by the operator to connect to the network,which not only increases the additional Internet access costs,but also has a large number of cards which is not easy to manage,and there will be network coverage blind areas in mountainous areas and tunnels.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a technical scheme of ground wire management and control based on ad hoc network communication,and develops an intelligent handheld terminal which is used to collect the information of ground wire monitoring devices.First of all,according to the characteristics of the catenary power outage maintenance operation,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the handheld terminal,and conceives the overall design solution of its software and hardware.Secondly,the hardware selection and circuit design of the handheld terminal are analyzed.A hardware platform is built with STM32F429IGT6 microprocessor as the main control unit,RFID unit,human-computer interaction unit,image acquisition unit,LoRa ad hoc network and 4G network communication unit as the peripheral circuit.Thirdly,for the software design part,the uC/OS-Ⅲ real-time operating system and emwin graphical interface library are cut and transplanted.On this basis,a hierarchical software design is carried out,and the task programs such as work order application,radio frequency identification,QR code analysis,data interaction and image acquisition are written,and the man-machine interface is developed,so that the work leader can view the grounding wire status information in real time,and collect radio frequency card information through the radio frequency identification unit quickly authenticate and determine the use rights of the staff,ensuring the dependability of the security management of the ground wire operation,and the problems encountered in the field work can be photographed and recorded.In the end,the prototype of the handheld terminal is attested by experiments,and the performance of each module is tested.Tests have shown that the handheld terminal is simple to operate and has rich functions,which greatly improves the user experience and the convenience of the work process;it can be connected to multiple sets of grounding wire monitoring devices through ad hoc network at a long distance,and collect information from multiple grounding wire monitoring devices at the same time,which improves the timeliness and reliability of information transmission in the power outage maintenance work,and has certain application value.
