Research On Technology Of Product Quality Information Tracking In Environment Of Supply Chain

Along with the society progressing unceasingly and the technology expanding rapidly, the modern enterprises' competition is gradually changing to the competition between supply chains. And to a great extent, the quality condition of entire supply chain is affecting each enterprise's operation state of this chain. Through the supply chain management study, it found that complex products'reliability and agile manufacturing have become necessary conditions for the modern manufacturing enterprises surviving. In addition, higher and higher demands are proposed on product quality. Both manufacturers and consumers want to know the sources of relevant contents about the final products or consumer goods, in order to ensure product reliability, security, and to understand the quality level of its products. Product traced range changes from the use of materials to products shipping logistics. Therefore, the enterprises establishing a comprehensive information analysis, trace mechanism, and improving their customer service system have become an inevitable trend in the supply chain environment. Thus, by analyzing the necessity of the tracing quality information and its system, and the current supply chain environment, this paper proposes the traceability of product quality information in supply chain.First, to ensure a good theoretical basis for the product quality in entire supply chain, the paper has carried on a thorough analysis about the related theory on quality management in supply chain, and discussed the quality of chain collaboration based on the supply chain.Next, according to the concepts of product quality and traceability, the function of the system is summed up, the main elements of quality information under the various stages of product life cycle are outlined, and the product quality traceability process under the supply chain is studied.Then, through the analysis of cooperation between the characteristics and status of enterprises in supply chain, the structure model about the tracing quality information flow in the supply chain environment is researched, the tracing diagnostic model about quality information under the inter-enterprise in supply chain is established, and the fault diagnosis technology of the product tracking traceability in the environment of the supply chain is also studied.Finally, some related researches on the overall demand analysis and the overall design program of the quality tracing system are done, and a software system for the quality tracking and tracing management information system is developed.
