As one of the main competitive factors of enterprise, the quality of products has drawn almost all companies'attention. Only to ensure product quality, the enterprise enterprises can be long-lasting. Diesel engine, the representative product of traditional manufacturing industry, plays an important role in many fields. With the rapid development of transportation industry, the quality safety of diesel engine has been widely concerned in the society. Data administration, data distortion and quality tracing are three major problems during the manufacturing process of diesel engine, which restrict the quality management level. This paper focus on how to deal with the problems mentioned above.Based on the theory of quality management and quality tracing, traceability model which combined with the current situation of diesel engine manufacture is established. Then, the paper established quality information tracing management and control system of diesel engine by applying the key technology of Internet of things to the diesel engine quality information collection program.Firstly, the theory and method of quality tracing and research status is introduced. Then, the structure of thesis is presented.Secondly, based on current situation of the quality management during diesel engine manufacture, the function and work flow of responsible department are introduced. And by analyzing the problems in this model of quality management, give the solution around these problems. Based on the quality traceability theory and batch management method, the traceability model is established to guide the construction of Quality Information Tracing Management and Control System of Diesel Engine.Then with the key technology of the Internet of Things, this paper analyzes the process flow of the diesel engine's key parts, sets up the key processes and quality control points and designs the physical marking scheme using the RFID electronic tag technology. For the situation of using sensors to collect quality information, this paper designs the information collecting project based on the wireless sensor network, combined with the ZigBee wireless technology, and realizes the automation of the quality information collecting and controlling. In addition, the feasibility of scheme is verified by the experiments of temperature collecting and controlling based on the wireless sensor network.Lastly, combined with the traceability model and the demand of quality management of diesel engine, its function design is finished. Use the method of UML system modeling to verify its integrity. And according to the practical application of this system, the results show that the digital management of quality information can effectively solve the problem of quality management.
