| Under the background of the development of modern science and technology and information technology,how to track and collect product quality data in an efficient and realtime manner has become an important issue in large-scale power equipment manufacturing.The content of this thesis aims to collect and track the quality data of the manufacturing process of the product from time to time,so as to achieve high reliability and traceability of the quality of power equipment products during the operation of the train.First,the thesis studied the production characteristics and quality tracking control methods of train power equipment products.On this basis,the thesis studied the data flow model of production quality of train power equipment,and proposes a method of integrity of quality model and process model during process of production.In combination with workflow management technology,a tracking method of quality of product based on workflow technology was established.Through modeling of flow chart and real-time tracking of quality data,control of product quality and production schedule was realized from the starting of the product.Moreover,the thesis also carries out the workflow tracking method based on workflow technology in several aspects such as resource allocation in process modeling,state transition of process instance and activity instance,scheduling method of process instance,and metamodel of process.At the same time,through the analysis of the requirements of the system,the thesis designed the functional modules,system architecture,system functions and database of the train power equipment product quality tracking information system.Finally,based on the SQL Server relational database,the thesis accomplished the implementation of the train power equipment product quality tracking information system by using the Eclipse integrated development environment,and gave a running example of the system at the end of the thesis. |
