| In our country, because of automatic transmission includes excellent capability and comprehensive market demand,developing upscale automatic transmission with independent intellectual property right has great significance for our country to break monopolize of foreign technology and master core technology, and to promote the development and technological progress of automatic transmission. At the same time, multiple gear is one of the important directions, it has more wide-ranging and more elaborate transmission ratio scope, improving Power performance,fuel economy and rideperformance.This article introduced the planetary gear technologies into the application of the automatic transmission design and development.During this time,I consulted lots of books, this paper has mainly carried on the following research work:1. Based on analysis lots of books, mastering automatic transmission principle and techniques. Ascertaining requirement of six-speed automatic transmission, control element number and principle, relation for gear ratio,angular veloity and toquce.2. Mastering graph theory knowledge.An systematization design theory based on graph theory for automatic transmission is proposed.It is used kinematic analysis for planetary gear trains.This method can express conformation for planetary gear trains,and cipher out in turn angular velocity,transmission ratio,torque,power and efficiency for all of components.3. Based on graph theory knowledge,sudtying three DOF automatic transmission.By adjacency matrix and element matrix with constrained condition, deleting isomorphism, defining schemes.Using fundamental cycle method, solving angular velocity,transmission ratio,torque,power and efficiency for all of components. This method is more convenient and more intuitionistic than tradition method.4. Using this method on six-speed automatic transmission for analysis of kinematics capability, solving angular velocity,transmission ratio,torque,power and efficiency for all of components.5. Using modeling software and simulation software to model and simulate for LTX6. Analyzing kinematic performance for its certain shift and testing feasibility for fundamental cycle method. |
