The dual clutch transmission (DCT), a new type of power-continuing transmission, has superiorities in many aspects, such as more comfortable navigation, lower emission, better fuelling and higher transmiting efficiency. Consequently, a better market is prospected by many people. The control system is key technology for the development of DCT. In this paper, the control system of wet DCT is carried out on the following aspects:â‘ The powertrain model of wet DCT is constituted. In the first place, the dynamic model of engine and the linear model of engine throttle is developed, and throttle's PID controller is designed; Then, according to the analysis of the principle of wet clutch, torque transfer model of wet clutch is developed; Next secondly, based on the dynamic equaton of the shift process of wet dual clutch transmission, its dynamic model is established; Finally, analysied hydraulic actuator's characteristic, hereby, the model of eletrohydraulic proportion valve directly operated by electromagnet and clutch pistion are built, on this basis, the model of hydraulic actuator of clutch is developed, and clutch hydraulic actuator's fuzzy-PID controller is designed, then simulation is carried out.â‘¡A general purpose controller is designed for the control of inertial stage and output torque of shifting process; Analysed the torque and speed characteristic of two clutches during shifting process; then the control scheme of shift process is built. Dynamic simulation model of wet DCT powertrain is implemented by using the Matlab/Simulink software, the control scheme of shift process is simulated based on this dynamic mode with the parameters of changan CV11. Finally, influencing factors of transmission shift control are discussed.â‘¢Based on analysis and comparison between traditional development mode and V-shape development scheme for electronic control unit, real time simulation model of DCT control system is designed according to control system structure and control strategy of DCT.â‘£The system scheme of testing for car eauipped with wet DCT is designed including general arrangement, preparation work, communication with the ECU, and design of testing process and testing interface.
