The System Study Of Basin Planning Content

With the steady and rapid development in Chinese economy, we find that the development in the basin is different. The mutual pollution and continuous construction is very serious and economic sustainable growth is becoming weaker. In order to integrate basin resources and promote economic development, many experts are studying and contriving basin planning. However, as a special type, there is still a lot of room for the planning theory to be studied. As for how to study the basin planning, we still lack mature experience and method. The aim of this subject is to probing rationally the planning content system according to the specific character of the basin, so we will supply reference for the planning of basin.This thesis is making a preliminary research on the basic theory of basin planning. It makes a conclusion on the concept and the feature of basin planning, makes a comparison of different development of planning at home and abroad and analyses the situation and meaning of it. At the same time, I research into the new concept system on the basis of analysis on traditional basin planning content system. I choose Jianjiang and Bailu in Pengzhou Basin Planning as an example to propose my developing strategy aiming at the feature of the two rivers after analyzing the condition of them. I've made a plan on general scheme and pilot and control. In this thesis, I propose the developing model of emphasis on special villages and important points to supply a reference for accelerating development on mesopotamia.
